Zosia is the only practitioner in the UK specializing in Heart Energy Healing from Taiwan. This powerful healing method releases blockages, alleviates stress and anxiety, and balances emotions. With regular sessions, it supports deep spiritual alignment. Rooted in the ancient Dao Tong philosophy and the belief that the heart is the seat of our deepest wisdom, sessions with Zosia offer more than relaxation—they’re an opportunity to explore your challenges and uncover remedies that truly serve you and your soul.
What to expect
During the session, there is a discussion about the challenges you would like to focus on. During the treatment, you will remain fully dressed on the treatment table. I will gently make contact with my energy tools (crystalised coral - see picture). It is very common to feel deep relaxation and a sense of ease during the session, a sense of well-being and balance is common too. Usually, there is also a deep discussion about the guidance and discussion about insights that came through the experience.

Originating in Taiwan, Heart Energy Healing is based on principles of harmony between the heart and mind from the Dao Tong philosophy. This practice uses techniques that gently guide energy toward self-awareness, wholeness, and peace, offering a respectful and unique path to uncover your own wisdom and intuition.
